Returns Policy

HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund!

Just return items in their original condition within 30 days and when we receive them we will credit you (via your original payment method) the full product price of the original items. No Returns 30 days after receiving your order.

EASY HOLIDAY RETURNS:
If you purchase a gift between November 20 and Dec. 24, we will issue a full refund on returns received before Jan 31st!

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES: We don't do exchanges per se. You can send back any items you don't want for a refund and then place a new order for your desired items. They will be treated as separate orders. This way you can get your new items faster. We will process your returns as soon as we receive them.

UPS and FEDEX returns must email us for instructions.

It usually only takes a few days for refunds to process, but could take as long as 1-2 weeks in some cases.


If your order ships with free shipping and then you return items that qualified you for free shipping there will be a $5.00 restocking free withheld from your refund amount.

For most of our items, the most economical shipping method is via the United States Postal Service.
Our shipping department reserves the right to change your selected shipping method if it will make your order get there faster or cheaper. This happens only in rare cases.
Use the comments section at checkout to let us know of any special shipping needs. (We CANNOT write "Leave at Door" or other carrier instructions on packages as most shipments require delivery confirmation.)
If your mailing address doesn't match the USPS address database, your shipment will be delayed as we contact you to confirm your shipping address. (We reserve the right to cancel any orders with unconfirmed, unverifiable, or unknown shipping addresses).

Free Shipping on Beanies (when offered as a shipping option during checkout) is via USPS First Class Mail w/delivery confirmation only. Free shipping is offered for USA customers only. You must select the free shipping service option during checkout to receive free shipping. If your order ships for free and you decide to return an item, you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

Shipping Price includes handling & packaging expenses, not only actual shipping costs. Shipping times are best estimates not a guarantee. We are usually able to ship your order within 1-3 business days. If you have a time constraint, please let us know in the comments section of the order form or by email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We may change the shipping method if we determine the delivery time difference will be negligible.

Budget Shipping and Priority Mail shipping are via US MAIL. We ship with a delivery confirmation which may require you to be home when the post office delivers. You may have to pickup your package at the post office. If mail gets returned to us we will give you a full refund minus the original shipping charges. If you want us to try and ship the package again additional shipping charges may be due.

International Shipping:
We are happy to ship to UK, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe and many more! Simply add items to your shopping cart and select international post. Import/Customs Fees. We cannot control what fees other countries charge when YOU import from us. You are responsible for any import/customs fees incurred.
